Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Digital service — nothing is physically shipped

Cimpathy is a 100% digital service. We do not sell, ship, or deliver any physical goods, and no item is ever couriered or posted to you. There are no shipping charges, no delivery addresses, and no transit times. This policy explains how digital access is delivered instead.

2. How and when your access is delivered

The free tier is available immediately when you create an account. For paid upgrades (Premium and Premium Plus), access is delivered electronically and instantly:

As soon as your payment is confirmed by our payment partner, the upgrade is unlocked automatically on the account you paid from — typically within a few seconds.
No download, shipment, activation code, or manual step is required — the features simply become available inside the app.
If the app is open during purchase, you may need to refresh or reopen it for the new features to appear.

3. Delivery confirmation

You can confirm delivery in two ways: (a) the upgraded features become usable in the app, and (b) we send a payment receipt to your registered email address. Payment receipts are sent on our behalf by our transactional email provider. Please check your spam folder if you do not see the receipt.

4. If your access is not delivered

In the rare event that your payment succeeds but the upgrade does not appear within a few minutes, do not pay again. Email help@cimpathy.com (subject: "Access not delivered") from your registered email address and we will investigate and restore access. A payment that was charged but where access was never delivered is treated as a verified billing error under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Service availability & payment regions

Cimpathy is delivered over the internet and is generally available wherever the app and website can be reached. Payments in India are processed in INR by Cashfree Payments (UPI, cards, net-banking); international (non-India) purchases are processed by PayPal. All purchases are one-time payments — there are no subscriptions and nothing auto-renews.
